Should youth strength train?
The training is made with youth in mind. The strength training sessions are specifically made for young athletes and are safe and effective for middle and high school students.
My athlete has not done strength before. Can they join?
YES! this a great opportunity for them to learn and see the benefits of strength training on the body and for performance. They will learn form and technique so that all moves are performed safely.
What are some of the benefits of strength training?
Strength training has been shown to help protect children's muscles and joints from sports injuries, improved sports performance, increased functional strength, improve blood sugar levels, increase bone density, enhance coordination, and improve motor skill performance. In addition strength training has been shown to help children develop physical literacy.
My child will miss some dates, can I prorate?
The price is for a spot in the class, not per day. There is no prorate available.
