Speed and Hurdle Fall Training

Speed, hurdle, and jumps training will take place for athletes ages 10 and older. They will go over technique, form, and drills to increase speed strength and power.

Tuesdays from August 26th until November 4th. (No practice 10/28).

My child does not have any experience. Can they join?

All levels can join. This is a great way to learn techniques before the track season begins.

What ages can join?

Ages 10 and older.

What will the athletes learn?

This session is for those athletes looking to perfect their form. We will go over running, hurdle, and jump technique, which will help increase speed and power. We will also incorporate strength throughout.

2025 Training

Track sprint, jump, and hurdle training. Athletes will work on speed, technique, and form. Practices are Tuesdays 6-7:30p. Please wear layers to practice.
